How Long Is The School Day?
8:05AM – 3:20PM Elementary Schools (includes full day kindergarten)
8:05AM – 11:30AM Kindergarten Half Day
7:45AM – 3:00PM Patton Jr. High School
What Do I Bring To Enrollment?
1. Immunization Records;
2. Student’s Social Security Number;
3. Birth Certificate (Kindergarten and Grade 1 ONLY);
4. Physical forms:
Elementary: Completed physical form if new to Kansas schools and age 8 and younger.
Physical must be dated after 1 January 2010 to be accepted for the 2010-11 school year.
Jr. High: Completed physical form if student is going to participate in sports/cheerleading.
Physical must be dated after 1 May 2010 to be accepted for the 2010-11 school year.
5. Report cards from last school attended;
6. Any special education records you have.
How much does it cost?
The Fort Leavenworth School District does not charge any enrollment fees.
Patton Jr. High students must purchase a Gym Suit ($15) and a Planner ($6)
Lunch Prices?
The Fort Leavenworth School District Meal Prices are as follows:
Elementary: Jr. High School:
Breakfast: $1.20 Breakfast: $1.40
Lunch: $2.10 Lunch: $2.35
Do Students Ride the Bus?
Eisenhower: students who live in Osage Village and Normandy will walk. All other Eisenhower students will be bussed.
Bradley and MacArthur: students who live west of Hancock will be bussed. All other Bradley and MacArthur students have to walk.
Patton Jr. High: students living in Normandy and Osage Village are within walking distance. All other students will be bussed.

Class Rosters / Class Schedule?
Elementary: Classroom lists by teacher and grade will be posted on the front of the school buildings by August 6, 2010. Please visit your child's new classroom on Monday, August 9, 2010 from 2:00PM - 3:30PM.
Patton Jr. High: New 7th grade students will receive their schedules on Monday, August 9, 2010 during orientation (7:45AM - 10:30AM). New 8th/9th grade students will receive their schedule on Monday, August 9, 2010 during orientation (1:00PM - 2:30PM). Returning students will get their schedules the first day of school, Tuesday, August 10, 2010.
